Persistence of Nature

The persistence of nature in an unforgiving and harsh urban landscape. Highlighting natures’ beauty in it’s smallest forms. A stray piece of green grass, a weed. Creeping, pushing it’s way through the man-made concrete structures, footpaths and bridges. A message of environmental awareness on urban development. Cities are growing fast. Environmental consideration and planning ought to be in the forefront of urban development and expansion. Final output was large self adhesive vinyl prints mounted to foam board arranged as part of a wall hanging. The printer used was a HP Latex 360 printer. The photographs were taken on Canon a 60D DSLR camera.
